Thanks for replying... i should have mentioned the kit comes with Cam so i'm using the BTT 2240_2209 board and currently are using the virtual endstops. I've tried a range of different GPIO pins on the CAM board but i'm still getting the same behavior. Last night i swapped in an X endstop...
ok i was 'assuming' the configuration file was good as it was provided by Siboor, that is probably my next thing to check. All that happens when i change the wiring around is the light changes colour, nothing actually makes it trigger. it's either permanently red or blue.
Hi all.. i'm just at the beginning of my shakedown after mechanical construction. I've got a 2.4 Siboor kit that comes with the OptoTap v2.1 24v PCB kit. Right now i'm using the configuration files they supply as it's supposed to work?

I've decided to take the plunge and ordered the Siboor 350 kit. The recent upgrade comes with Tap as standard, which (in principal) seems excellent as i like the idea of the probe being the nozzle.
