    I think I reduced it to a acceptable level. I ended up replacing the MGN12 Rail but i don't know if this was really the culprit. Is only one Idler affected?

    I also have the BFI front idler pin modded. By 'adjusted correctly' you mean tentioning the upper or lower screw until it works?

    It's not recommended to have stealthChop activated on a/b motors but it's fine on z. Have fun!

    My belts ride up and down on my B Idler on the x y joints. I checked belt tentioning carefully with the GT2 Meter to 2.5lb. I played around (tighten more up or down) with my BFI Front Idler but notthing seams to change anything....
