Hello all,
I'm having a strange issue and I cannot pinpoint what is causing it. At higher speeds (+250mm/s), the A & B belts vibrate like crazy and make what I can only describe as a "honking" noise. I've tensioned the belts per the manual, but they still honk. Short moves don't cause the issue (I'm assuming because some resonant frequency in the belts doesn't have time to build up with shorter moves), and anything less than 250mm/s and the printer is so quiet you can barely hear it move.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? I've gone through several posts and taken advice from those but nothing seems to be working...
