I have a Voron 2.4 REV C kit from LDO it is BONE STOCK and I am having issues with my bed mesh being a taco shape (sometimes a pringle shape)

the range is anywhere from .4 to .2 mm. This is after heat soaking and "bending" the X axis rail down to compensate (changed nothing). all but ONE bed screw is loose. I am running the inductive probe until I can make klicky. My probe does occasionally have issues with tolerance but it does a QGL every time without out of tolerance failure. belts are properly tensioned with the PL makes tension gauge.

I spent a LONG time trying to ensure that my magnet was applied properly but have not way to ensure that it is.

Any thoughts suggestions or comments are MUCH appreciated!

Thanks

A few things, when you say “bending the x rail down” what are you referring to?

I can’t say this will totally fix it, but the backers people put on their x/y extrusions are intended to at least partially address this- the beds themselves are typically pretty flat (of course not perfectly when you introduce other things like the flex plate) but the aluminium extrusions tend to bow with the heat in the chamber.

there is a video on the voron discord that has you loosen the X rail bolts (all but the two edges) and pull down on the rail to "fix" the issue. just trying my best to do what I can.
this is not the first time this has been recommended to me im just curious how STOCK I am supposed to achieve less than .2mm
