Belt tensioners Cura parameters

I bought a homebuilt voron V0.1 and it was poorly built. The first thing that happened was that the belt tensioner bolt came off completely. It was poorly printed in PETG. I need to print a new one in ABS. How do I set the print parameters in Cura. (wall thickness infill, etc.) Should it be printed homogeneously, perhaps, so as not to burst?

All print parameters can be found on the assembly manual - https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-0/blob/Voron0.1/Manuals/Assembly_Manual_0.1.pdf - right at page 04. They are similar on all VORON models:
  • ABS or ASA (avoid ABS+ from eSUN, its quality dropped in the last couple of years; there are other brands that make good ABS+, but you can't go wrong with "pure"* ABS);
  • 0.2mm layer height;
  • 0.4mm line width on ALL features (you can go 0.6mm on infills);
  • infill type: grid, cubic, gyroid, honeycomb or triangle, your choice (remember that people around here usually use Prusa/Super/OrcaSlicer, all of them derived from Slic3r);
  • 40% infill percentage;
  • 4 walls/perimeters; and
  • 5 solid top/bottom layers
* "pure" because ABS is a blend of 3 different polymers, and different brands makes different blends of the base polymers: acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene. ABS+ add other chemicals on top of that.
