So I'm having issues with both my Rapido 2F and my Dragonburner HF when printing ASA with the chamber at around 60C, when the hotend clogs.
I'm pretty sure it's heat creep because the nozzle doen't clog, but the filament gets stuck in the hot end and then the extruder just grinds away the filament. To un stick the filament I have to let the hot end heat up to very high temperatures to essentially heat creep the filament free.
I know the Dragonburner is known for heat creep but I'm a bit disappointed with the Rapido 2F, maybe its abrasion resistant properties make it worse in this regard.
I thought of getting a better 4010 hot end fan, this one is (supposedly) Sunon 1.8W
Any ideas about which fan might be best, or maybe that won't help anyway.
