I had an intermittent problem with the filiment sensor tripping. It might do it once, and then a simple restart would let the print finish...without me touching the filiment.
Then I noticed that the blue light turned to purple (red + Blue) when inserting filiment.
It turned out the little button on the front had come almost fully unscrewed. This let the filiment come off-track inside the housing.
A simple dab of threadloc and then tightening the buttton cured the problem. See photo
