Question Clockwork2 Gear Ratio

The original CW2 ratio is used with 10 teeth motors. So as I know there is also 8 teeth pancake stepper motor which can used for Sherpa mini, change the ratio from 5:1 to 6.25:1, if this motor also can be used for CW2 directly? Then it also can be 6.25:1.

Yes it can be used, although it's not very common, people use those mostly with Sherpa. Change gear ration from 50:10 to 50:8.
