DUME Cube? What is it? And....

I've seen a few pics, and a short video to two, about a "Dume cube" mod. From what I gather, it is a frame upgrade or mod for the v2.4 or even V0/ micron, that has rounded corners and a kinda double thick frame. This looks like it would allow a fridge type door, and double walled side panels. I have a micron In the works, and if I wanted to shell out another few hundred, I could get a color matched frame, Dume cube upgrade kit and pannels. Not sure it's worth it, if there was a kit available that was just black like my frame I might consider it.

I was just wondering if there was more info available about this mod, who did it and why, what are the benifits, drawbacks and is there anything like a build guide? To me it looks like it could offer a stiffer frame and better chamber sealing. But I'm not sure either of those are really needed. But it does look cool, so there's that.

I have googled it a few times , and I usually end up with just links to extrusion kits, short videos or just build pics. Wondering if there is more out there or if this is just a "order the parts and figure it out " kinda thing.

It is a highly modified Voron 2.4 R2. I’m just finishing it.

Pros:
1. Mounts low voltage electronics on top and high voltage underneath. This was the biggest appeal for me.
2. Looks very cool and professional. Multiple skirt options for top and bottom. Curved corners. Thicker structure with inlaid panels. Plus lots of other cosmetics.
3. Double panels all around. This allows high chamber temperature prints and low noise. One of the main reasons the Doomcube was developed.

Cons:
1. More parts equals a bit more money and work.
2. No step by step instructions. It does include an excellent cad model and most parts are similar enough to the regular 2.4 to use that manual.
3. Not a huge community compare to regular 2.4.

No need for the doom mod for dual panels, fridge door, HV/LV separation and rounded corners !
The main benefit is rigidity.
This is a regular V2.4 with fridge door, dual panels and rounded corners.
