Fan orientation?

I'm installing the 3010 "controller fan" on the bottom of my V0.2, page 194 of the assembly manual. Is there a preferred orientation for it? Not just the facing of the wires, but blowing up or down.

The diagram on that page shows the fan blowing up towards the electronics on the back, and I do agree with that since hot air rises naturally, so the fan can give the natural airflow a boost instead of working against it.

I don't see a direction indicator on pg 194, what am I missing?
