New member
i recently purchased a used voltron and it worked for 5 minutes some filament broke off in the hotend and, i tried the usual tricks of heating it up to 280 trying to put the obstruction out using a wire, but nothing seems to be able to disloge the blockage and ii dont want to break it y forcing it too hard and bending the frame or breaking something else.. my last resort before disasembing it is to reach out here for any ideas

What is the hotend, extruder, and toolhead type?
What caused the blockage?

Its ok i finally got the blockage out now ia looking for a 3d designer to get my dimension and pictures of my prototype lamp base which i fabricated in wood and now needs to be 3d printed i was looking at fiverr to have my project ready for 3d printing. Any other recommendation where i can get this job done cheap is welcome

If you unblocked your voltron hotend, why do you not print it yourself? If you find somebody on the internet, chances are you will be many miles apart from eachother. Better find somebody local to you or print it yourself.
On this forum, which is dedicated to Voron printers, your will unlikely find this service.

i found someone on fiverr and we made a deal a few hours ago, i do not presently have the time to learn 3d modeling, perhaps when i got some free time, but for now i need the help and fiver deliverd it for me. First time is used it but closing the deal was fast and i should get drawing of my protype tommorrow

That is good news and I hope you will get what you need.
In the meantime would you please tell us a bit more about your printer? That logo in the backplate is not a Voron logo and you called it a Voltron! Where did you get this printer. Maybe some more photos 😜
