Inconsistent z-offset

Hello everyone,
I have an old v2.4r2 that I could never get to work right. Right now it is running pcb klicky and sexbolt. I'm getting inconsistent z off set...enough to make my first layer horrible most of the time. I'd appreciate any help as I am frankly completely out of ideas. I promise to be good at doing any actions/tests. I thought this was a mechanical issue though I don't know. I've rebuilt the gantry 3 times...rebuilt sexbolt at least 8, klicky 4 times. I've messed with Klipper/Fluidd a real lot too. The only way I can reliably print is by running PROBE_CALIBRATE every time. What I normally do is add a bunch of outer parameter lines on my prints and just dial it in manually over and over. I hate it so much.

Attached are hopefully all files you need. This forum doesn't allow uploading of cfg files so I renamed them to "-cfg.txt". The tests results are all called "-results.txt". auto-z-calibrate-results.txt is output from the Z_Calibration [ https://dangerklipper.io/Z_Calibration.html ] which I setup to do automatic z calibration. I implemented/rolled that back a few times now. I really wanted it / hoped it would help but now I am just at the stock/default z-offset setup. However, that leaves me with no method to show my issue other than my first layer being horrible every time I print.

Thanks for any help you can provide. If anyone prefers discord I am in "voron_2_help_forum_public" with the same title that I haven't gotten any help from unfortunately.
