Hello, your question is very skimp on information needed to actually help you.
I have no idea what Siboor kit has, can you specify what SBC and MCU it uses? Where did you get the image?
Have you followed guides on VORON documentation page to flash Klipper and MCU?? Have you edited your printer.cfg file to match your actual MCU serial number?

The only thing we can say without the information Sanity asked for is to check your USB cable, this error is due to communication problems.
