Power Loss Recovery mod

Having worked on various 3D printers, the only thing I was missing on klipper was the 'Power Loss Recovery' feature. So I gave myself the mission of coding one from scratch. Not being a GitHub user, I still haven't published the code. Would anyone be interested in testing it? If so, I would gladly publish it.

You could create a pull request on Klipper's repository, and I'd suggest create another one on Kalico's repository as well.
