Printer Model
Voron 2.4 350
Extruder Type
Galileo
Cooling Type
Stealthburner
The quality problem is visible on sheet 1 of the VFA test. Other directions print normally.
I showed it in the photo. What kind of problem could there be with the printer?

Most likely it's a cooling problem. The stealthburner its known for weak cooling. Try lower speed...
Or could be that that part of the print didn't stay glued to the bed and was bumping on the nozzle each layer.... Try wider brim...

PS. Was this print some kind of a flow test?

We'd need a lot more information on what material, temp, speed, kind of fan used, etc etc to be able to help you here, but sure you can try slowing down to see if that affects it.
