PROBE_CALIBRATE Failing with TAP

I followed the TAP configuration instruction, but I can't get the PROBE_CALIBRATE to work. After it runs, it comes back with a value of 4.993 and when I hit accept, I get an error of:

Manual probe failed! Use TESTZ commands to position the
nozzle prior to running ACCEPT.

Im, unfamiliar with the TESTZ commands and when I tried running it it said it was unknown.

Can someone tell me how I get the PROBE_CALIBRATE to run for my printer?
