Our post office is from the era of Stalin, you shall use the service we offer or get put away where the sun does not reach…. In different words. I rather send it with Speedy who partners with dpd. I never yet had any problem with them either sending or receiving. The bulgarian post however is a lost case and for me only a last resort.
I don’t think Ireland has any restrictions for bulgaria either. If you want I can see what the costs would be to send it and you can ask your bank how much it would cost to send money. Then we can discuss whatever would be acceptable either way and see?

Work away, not concerned about charges just need to find a process/method...
Just need postage/courier costs and any local bank charges, then your IBAN number, PM (Direct Message) it to me...
