Strange result with dimention and box/lid fit of a print with ABS

Hello fellow 3D printes, I have a project here that for the first time I have got such a strange result with my Voron Trident
Let me try to explain
I have modelled it by myself, I have algo modelled smalled designs which work perfectly.

I have attached some images that may help understanding better this situation:

- The Box itself , the print is strong, walls are smooth, all OK in terms of finishes.
- As you can see in the images, the LID does not fit as it suppose to as in FUsion 360, ONLY 1 CORNER FITS, the rest does not. when I force it
to enter, the whole box is being distorted as it is beeing force in.
- Screw holes does not match, does not fit, though as you can see in the modeling all is OK.
- I was reading a bit about ABS shrink, so I have done some math, and fixes the Shriankage (XY), I am usifng ORCA slicer, I have printed HALF a lid to check
for fit, this time half a lid actually came out perfect in size, exactly as is Fusion 360, though it is again , does not fit, one corner is OK, the other is towords the right.

Any ideas? something I may try?

I'm not sure exactly what's making me think this, but I'm looking at the rounded corners. Can you confirm that in the cad model, the 0.6mm gap exists consistently all the way around the curve?

Yes, the space/gap is equal all around the lid/box, what is not equal is the OUTSIDE of the box, but even if it was NOT equal, lets say I wanted it this way, the printer should keep the original sizes, distances etc, no?

I guess I'm not understanding where it didn't keep the original measurements (plus or minus a little shrinkage). You say it doesn't fit, but then all the measure measurements you post, as near as I can tell, look reasonable....

Is the a squaring issue? Aka, your gantry is racked?

Have you tried printing something large in PLA, just to see if the dimensions are correct? Just to rule out ABS shenanigans.

You can print it, open the HTML file, enter the measured dimensions and it will tell you how much off your printer is.
