kicking off this build with some Misumi extrusions

frame assembled and all squared up

most of the motion and electronics assembled

waiting for the rpi to be delivered which should be today, then will power up the controllers and install mainsailos and klipper. then setup the y axis and get sensorless home working on the y. i like to get things working in smaller steps like this to avoid a confounding of wiring and configuration all at once.

mainsail and klipper installed and steppers wired up. played around with sensorless homing and got it working on x and y.

built the cw2 extruder and pulled in the toolhead wires. a piece of filament makes for a good wire fishing tool. don't forget to label!

finished the toolhead assembly, terminated everything and made the first print! but my phone died and took the pics with it so you'll have to take my word for it
