Toolhead slams into left side of gantry

Hey all, looking for some help, I have a new build and when I attempt to home the printer the toolhead just goes until is slams into the left side of the gantry, I have checked through my config and I think I have everything correct but am baffled as to why this is happening, any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, I have followed the guide, I am not sure what I am missing or did incorrectly.

so you've checked that each motor is rotating the *correct direction* in the stepper_buzz tests?
And you've checked that all the endstops are functioning correctly?

I figured out that my config was wrong, got the problem solved now. only issue I am having now is with TAP always showing triggered on endstop Z and Probe
