X and Y Home but STEPPER_BUZZ doesn't do anything

I'm at the initial startup phase of my formbot kit Voron 2.4r and I'm looking to get into the technically printable phase this week.
I got to the motor check of the initial startup guide and the STEPPER_BUZZ command doesn't do anything. The X and Y axis will home so I'm pretty sure everything is programed and hooked up right, but the Z probe is stuck triggered so I can't check that. I'd like to know why the STEPPER_BUZZ command isn't working, but the Z axis is what i need to get working.
Just looking for any advice on the issues.

I figured it out i didn't have an ! in front of the enable pin which turned them off by default.
Still on the Z probe tap always being triggered though.
