That is the style of switch I used. Do you have a recommendation for a different one? I can't run Probe_accuracy because my machine can't home due to klipper config.
Hello everyone,
My stock z-endtop will not produce consistent readings...or at least I can say, when I have it enabled as a z-endstop my z-offset is +/-.5. I've rebuilt it twice and tried sexbolt mod with no help. I converted my Voron back and forth between using the klicky as a z-probe and...
I printed thousands of hours without issue prior. Definitely did a full tune when the printer was first built and confirmed accuracy of calibration cubes. Now I can't even print a few layers because the print walks toward the rear back. I guess I can pull off the pulleys off and check them...
Hello, I have a 2.4 that was running fine for a couple years. There was a bearing noise coming from the right rear so I changed all the bearings. I also swapped the steppers motors which involved putting new pulleys on it. Movement on the Y axis is perfect Now my X axis moves 97.2 when I ask...
Oh...I forgot they were bearings..I though they were just pulleys. Thanks. I'll change them
I have no idea what that last means...I assume you meant a different word then cheap but I have no idea what it was.
The printer was running good for months. Yesterday it developed this noise. I'm pretty confident that it's coming from the right side pulleys but I don't know why it started or how to fix. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a video that demonstrates the sound but you will have to unmute...
Ok...the printer is running/screen working right now. The hotend wires disconnected. I had to connect the thermistor wires to get it to this state. I was told DFU mode cranks the heaters to max...which is just crazy
No idea what caused the original issue or for it crank the heaters (if it...
Hello everyone, I'm running SB with Hawk 2p pcbs. Printer was working fine for a while (though still getting setup so pretty new). All of a sudden my printer stopped running. Trying to restart shows the printer/psu cycling power. I unplugged everything on board, slowly added everything back...
I wired in the klick directly to the J34 port (same PG15 pin) and it worked fine. I think that means the issue has to be something to do with the Stealthburner PCB but I have no idea what it could be. Any ideas for tests I could run?
Hello everyone,
I'm running a Klicky PCB Board with Stealthburner/Hartk's 2 piece PCB on a Octopus 1.1
With config [probe] pin: PG15 = always triggered, ~!PG15 + !PG15 = always open.
When I attach the probe the LED light on the board comes on. I tested continuity from the octopus (PG15) to...
Hello everyone, I could really use some help. I'm running my v2.4 with auto_calibrate_z, sexbolt + klickyprobe.
So, the printers has been fully heat soaked, qgl (with g28 on both sides of it), bed mesh created.... When I run calibrate_z it works perfect...
