I can't verify since I'm not at home, but I would imagine the low frequency is due to the Pi not doing anything requiring higher clock speeds. No need to have high clock speeds and power consumption if it's just sitting idle.
I found out that this is normal
You are probably setup to do the resonance test and the PI as to be setup in a way to expose some GPIO pins and it shows as an additional MCU with limited capacity in order to keep the PI responsive
