Any good fans for electronics?

I have recently built my Voron V2.4 and I would say that I am not happy with the cooling of my electronics. So I have decided to redo it!
One issue is that the fans included in Fysetc kit are kinda loud, and I have tried running them on different speeds. I checked if there isn't anything grinding on the blades but I think that isn't the issue. I am thinking of getting some quieter fans like the Noctua ones, I have one in my computer on the CPU cooler and it is really good. But they are pretty expensive. Do you know any good quieter fans for reasonable price? They don't have to be too quiet, I just need them to go smoothly.

Hi, if you have a board with adjustable fan voltages (Which Spider should be), just run them at a lower voltage? I.e. if they are 24V, run them at 12V. If you try to PWM them by switching ground, they tend to click or make high pitched noise, undervolt them instead. Noctuas are good, but YMMV if they are worth the price. I'd say any 60x25 mm fans will do, even those from PCs, you will just need to recrimp connectors.
Put a bottom panel on to better direct the airflow.
