BIG Artifact on sides of prints

Printed this large box on my V2.4. Only the LEFT external side has this huge artifact. Not sure where it is coming from ???

Sounds like the Gantry or pulleys are not square.

IDK, who else does this but after I have the belts set, I got back, loosen my grub screws, move the motion in Y and X a few times then retighten the grubs to ensure they are lined up.
