Greetings! The best way to convert an Ender to a Voron would be making it a Switchwire. This is a popular conversion, as you can see on this Github repository: https://github.com/boubounokefalos/Ender_SW

However, I'm afraid there is no kit ready-made for such a conversion, although self sourcing the components isn't difficult if you have patience.
