Hi
I'm trying to add a Hartk Toolhead Board (honestly, kind of regretting it) to my Stealthburner:
I have a question about the probe signal handling.
Looking at the schematic here:
https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voro... Piece/Schematic_StealthburnerPCB2PC_rev4.pdf
It seems like the BAT85 diode on the probe signal line is there to clamp a high input voltage (In my case 12V) down to MCU-safe levels — is that correct?
In my case, I'm using a 12V TL-Q5MC2 NPN sensor (normally closed), and planning to connect the signal line to my SKR v1.3 board, probably using P2.0 (servo pin) which runs at 5V logic.
Is this safe to do?
should there be a resister present or is there one on the SKR board that I can't find a schematic for.
Any advice or confirmation would be appreciated. Thanks!
