I built my first 2.4 a few months ago and have printed 100s of successful prints before this problem started. It seems that the nozzle is dragging through the previous layer. I ended up getting a trident also and was having the same issue right out of the gate. I've tried different slicers all ending up with the same problem. It seems maybe my z-offset was not set correctly so tried to recalibrate. This actually helped but I did not see the start of the print. The end result looked great until I pulled it off of the bed. It looks like the nozzle may still be dragging through the print at the lower levels and then worked out in the later levels. Can anyone help point me to a possible area to look into? Here's a picture of the first print after z calibration. Voron 2.4 with 0.6 nozzle and voron tap.
