Losing communication with mcu randomly while homing

HI,

just assembled my voron legacy recently ,on initial startup -homing and bed levelling ,the printer shuts down randomly sometimes giving error- lost communication with mcu, also giving the error invalid oid type occasionally ,
on restarting a few times it also runs well , also had a successful dry print ,
but it is shutting down most of the times ,I am using an skr1.4 with raspberrypi 4b
I have attached the klippy and moonraker log files also

Please help

I checked the connections thrice , not able to figure out why it works sometimes and gives errors most of the times
the moment either the endstop is triggered or the probe is activated it shuts down

tried reflashing the firmware, now getting only "invalid oid type error"
