Question New LDO build. Neopixel, Hotend, and part fan doesn't turn on.

This is my first Voron build. I've defintely had issues, but i've been able to read through posts and have been able to self diagnose the issues i've had. I can home and QGL, Klicky works as well.

I've double checked the cables and were they are plugged into i'm unsure how to troubleshoot from there. It might be a simple fix I'd just like someone to point me into the right direction. I've included the config text if that helps you maybe i'm missing something in there.

Can you post pics of your wiring? It sounds like the common 24V isn't connected and a picture would show us.
Both of the toolhead and in the electronics bay.
