Question Revo heater core wire are too short

I got a Fly SB2209 to drive my newly built SB.

And it seems the wire for the revo heater core is too short. What's the recommended line of action here? Cut and splice an extension?

It would probably be better to make a small extension cable instead of cutting and splicing the original wire

I just spliced it to make it longer. Had to lengthen the TC wire as well. For the heater I used 20 ga wire. I had heater wire in my stash but silicone should also be fine. Had to do this on all 3 of my Stealthburners with SB2240s in them.
