Question Stealhchanger Canbus pcb Board

Hello all,

i build a Stealthchanger and search for a pcb Board to connect all 5 Canbus Cables on this board and 1 slot route to the u2c.

Is anything like this on the market ?
i´m from europe and cant find such a board ))

perhaps anyone can help me out .
