Z offset Inconsistency

Hello all,

I have a fairly stock 2.4r2 I built some time ago. I am getting VERY inconsistent first layers. I've been trying to troubleshoot for some time now. (Yes I do use the inductive probe, and it's still solid... the calibration does not drift.) I was looking at the pin in the Z endstop and saw a potential problem. Can you all take a look and tell me if this is perhaps some part of my issue? (I cut it myself with a dremel)

That pin can turn? If so then that could do it. See if you can lap that pin flat.

I have no experience with this print, but it might help you cut a new pin straighter.
