Axis movement errors

Voron 2.4 new build, I have everything pretty much buttoned up and beginning to test movement. I run the stepper-buzz and have both directions correct for X and Y. When I home X, it moves in a straight line to the switch, triggers it but when it backs off it kind of vibrates and moves X- but also moves the Y axis. same when homing Y. Now, when I move the X in the minus direction it vibrates a little and moves the Y axis. I cheated the switches and homed a bit away from full travel. No mater if I move the X or Y in the minus direction it vibrates and moves both axis.. X+ direction works perfectly. Any insight?
Using a Spider MCU with mainsail web interface.

Found my dumbass had a belt ride over the pulley flange in the front left mount that I couldn't see.. Working good now!
