Greetings.

I would appreciate if you would share your insight into a print issue I have been having. This is my first build (formbot3d 2.4r2 pro) so I'm a 3d printer noob.

I have been working through the superslicer calibration tests to some success up until the Voron Cube. Please see attached photos. As you can see, I am unable to make it past, I am guessing from looking at the superslicer feature type, layer 11 or 12. My configuration is as follows:

Hotend: V6
Z-probe: TAP
Filament: PLA
First layer temp: 215
Other layer temp: 200
Bed temp: 55
Others: Printing with all covers off as had innumerable problems with hotend jamming.
Slicer: Superslicer

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Sorry. Forgot to mention that the above photos are four different attempts, each failing at approximately the same place.

I'd guess you're heavily over extruding. I'd suggest calibrating your extruder rotation distance in klipper and your flow after that.

Ellis guide is pretty much the Bible in that regard, agreed.

Edit

And z offset may be, I guess. Also in Ellis' guide.
Maybe just follow the whole thing, it's worth it.
