Dimensional Accuracy

I am having some issues with some dimensional accuracy on my Voron 2.4 with Revo Hotend 2.4 nozzle.

Z axis is almost perfect (less than .1mm off)
X and Y axis are both off by around .5

Are there any guides on where to start troubleshooting this?

What did you print to see this? Its off .5 on a 2 cm print or on a 20 cm print? Its off by -0.5 or +0.5? Its important....

Can you print something larger?
20mm is rather small to judge how far off the printer is. Elephant food and wrong pressure advanced can throw you off quickly on small models.

Here is a model + html file that will help figure out dimensional accuracy https://www.printables.com/model/778188-calistar-parametric-open-source-alternative-to-cal
It can also help you correct it in software, but if it's far off you probably want to find the hardware fault.

Sorry was on travel for work... Will try to print something like this

My recommendation is the Califlower and adjust shrinkage. Ellis guide focuses more on looks than dimensional accuracy and neglects several things that I have spoken out about for 10 years and no one wants to hear it or spend the money to do it correctly. Ellis guide is a starting point and nothing more IMHO. I hold accuracies +-.03 across PLA, ABS, ASA, PA. PC, PPS. I have the equipment to be able to calibrate printers this way. Not everyone does though.
