Question Nema 17 stuck or jamming

I have two exact the same Nema 17 moons ms17hd6p420i-04 for X and Y. One day one of them(X) stop running properly.
First video Y motor.
Second video X(broken) motor.
Is it any way to fix it ?

After disassemble i found one pin is broken. I replace it and it work. Thx for answer anyway. Bye until my next stupid fail
