Single Point Spike in bedmesh

I got the klipper notification about "relative_reference_index" being outdated and tried to update my printer.cfg but my bed mesh looks weird now. I tried going back and I still have the same issue. Any idea how I can fix this random spike on the middle of the bed?

inductive probe... this is right at my z_endstop_calibration point as well.... showing -.573mm
