Hello,
It happened after a nozzle change but maybe not related :unsure:
I've been searching in vain since yesterday. Please help.

I manage to pass the BASE_CALIBRATE_Z by modifying the position_endstop and switch_offset, but when printing starts, the nozzle is much too far from the plate (2mm ...)

BASE_CALIBRATE_Z: bed_probe=8.349 - (switch=6.413 - nozzle=1.698 + switch_offset=2.800) --> new_offset=0.834000

I'm lost here (n)

hi

clear Z offzet after use G32,PROBE_CALIBRATE and bed_mesh_calibrate, then save the bed_mesh, lower the nozzle to bed and with a sheet of paper calibrate the Z offzet, save and test print.

Hello, thank you for your reply

Yes, I've done the whole procedure.

I remind you that my probe is a KLICKY, so CALIBRATE_Z offers to correct the POSITION_ENDSTOP if it's not correct, as here:
21:20
BASE_CALIBRATE_Z: current z axis position_endstop=-0.870 - new offset=0.339420 --> POSSIBLE SUGGESTION: new z axis position_endstop=-1.209
21:20
BASE_CALIBRATE_Z: bed_probe=5.369 - (switch=2.976 - nozzle=-1.554 + switch_offset=0.500) --> new_offset=0.339420

But the nozzle continues to print 1 or 2 mm above the platen.

Thank you for your answers. I managed to recalibrate the Z distance.
I modified position_endstop in the printer.cfg file, but more importantly switch_offset in the klicky-z-calibration.cfg file, which went from 0.56 to 1.12!
