V0.2 Unable to read tmc uart 'extruder' register IFCNT

My V0.2 is giving an "Unable to read tmc uart 'extruder' register IFCNT" error when I try to push filament. Anyone have any Ideas why.

RPI 4
SKR Pico
Nighthawk 36

I have replaced the motor and the Nighthawk 36. I reinstalled klipper on the NH36. I think it is something in my config but I'm just not seeing it. Any help will be much appreciated.

This error usually happens when the motor is not correctly connected to the board. Check the wires for any discontinuity, and also check the connectors for any badly crimped wire.

I did that and replaced the motor twice with brand new motors to check.
