I don't know if I understand you correctly (I'm German...).

When making the umbilical, you should only crimp one side first. The other side only after all cables have been fed through the hole in the bottom panel.

I can show pictures of the V1 in a V0.1.

How much quicker does the fan help with chamber temperature? (compared to no fan)

Unfortunately all I can say is “you can feel it with your hand” . I have no comparison since I built the printer after receiving my PCB's.
