I received an HDMI5 touch screen from my formbot kit and installed klippyscreen via KIAUH, but the touch functionality doesn't work. From posts, it seems that additional configurations shouldn't be required and that this issue is mostly due to a faulty USB cable. However, I tried about 5 cables, none of which works. Am I missing something?

Can you see the device with lsusb when you are logged into the pi via ssh?

Problem solved: there is a small, thin ribbed cable at the back. Make sure it is seated all the way with the plastic clamp closed...
