V2.4 400x400x800 build shakes XY-WORM, prototype cpap-ptfe-canbus solution for long z-travel

Hi BusySnail here, first post on the forum.
Thank You great community for wonderful effort to make interesting things possible!

After V0, Trident 250, V2.4 350 and MIcron+ 180, somehow found myself building this 400x400x800 V2.4.

With 5mm structural PC-panels it ended up being positively rigid for its intended use.
This big chunk is obviously not ment to be a hyperspeedmonster. 0.8 - 1.5 nozzles are going to be mainly utilized.
For WS7040 cooling and a quite long filament path with 800mm z-travel made this thing called XY-WORM to combine the cpap hose, ptfe tube and canbus wires.
Prototype seems to be working nice.

I enjoy a lot watching printer solutions and mods on YT (esp. Voron naturally ;) ) people have made to achieve their perfect printer.
Decided that why not upload some vids of my stuff to the mix.

After succesfull prototyping and some more tinkering, things made to this thing will be released at some point in case someone finds them useful.
But as I’m BusySnail unfortunately some patience is required before files will be available…

Stay tuned, next thing coming is my take on ”motorized filament pusher puller spool spinner every direction thingy” that might as well change the filament.
It will try it’s best to spin with decent speed and grip to deliver plastic in to about 2800mm filament path in this case.

Nice build, the Xy-Worm thing looks really cool, had to take some patience in designing it so it wouldn't pinch the hose off.

Thanks!
This whole build is for sure one of those projects that "would think twice before getting into if only knew".
But didn't count the actual hours, so there always will be the next one...

Any plans to share the files? I've been wanting to try out an XY chain and this might give some ideas.

Yes!
Step-files will be available Soon(TM).
There is a couple of tweaks I need to make to feel comfortable to release.
Maybe a week or two, all kinds of things going on.

Have you had any issues with the frame shaking at that scale? I'm in the market for a similar size, but was contemplating swapping out the 2020 framing for 4040 and perhaps widening the z-axis belts.
