Voron 2.4 r2 build self sourced (drag chain width)

hello, I have lots of bits laying around after stripping a new printer I was building to cut a log story short I was Ill and decided now I’m able to tinker a bit again I have lots of igus drag chain but it measures 28 mm wide could I get away with an extra 4 mm each side of the extrusion on the axis and thanks in advance.

I think you could try it but I can't say. If you are using physical endstops you may have to make some adjustments to get them to stop in time.

Thankyou for your reply I will be using physical end stops, i guess the only way to tell is to jump in and build it, when I get to building the machine I will pop back and note if you can get away with 28 mm width it may help someone every bit helps thanks again.
